Doughnut bun & smokey eyeshadow

I'm really proud of myself at the moment - I'm finally able to create a doughnut bun on myself! I've owned this doughnut for so long and now I can finally wear it! I've worn it a few times now but wanted to post about it :) I hope this is of some inspiration to you! Please let me know if you want to know how I achieved my look.

Sorry, the picture is a bit wonky!
The beauty products that created my look:

Estee Lauder Pure Colour Eyeshadow in Peacock Blue Shimmer & Lilac Whimsy Satin
Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Eye Pencil in Graphite
Maybelline Volume Express Mascara
Estee Lauder Day Wear Advanced Multi-Protection Anti-Oxidant Creme
(I'm obsessed with Estee Lauder products)
This is my favourite moisturiser ever. I apply it under make-up or to dry areas on my face before I go to bed. It's so soft and has a lovely smell of cucumber. You don't have to apply much at all, which makes it last so much longer than other moisturisers. It's a little pricey at £39 but I promise you it'll last forever and you won't be disappointed. You can purchase it at any Estee Lauder counter, normally found in drugstores such as Boots and John Lewis.

I received this in a gift set. It's a cute little compact that you can carry around in your handbag. These are the shadows I used to achieve my slightly smokey eye today. I used the brush provided, but I know some people like to use their own proper eye shadow brush which is fine. Apply the lighter shade along the whole of your eye lid, then a small amount of the darker shade in the outer corners of your eye lids and blend in using the brush. Finish with a little mascara and you're good to go! I also applied some eyeliner on the bottom corner of my eyes to finish the look but this is optional :)

I don't normally post about beauty, but it makes a nice change every now and again if I'm pleased with a look I achieved!
